KCC Conference Centres cater for a variety of groups. The menu is specifically developed by the Catering Officer for Blue Mountains Ed to suit the age of the group.

A selection of fruit and cold water are available throughout the day for students.

A selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit and cold water are available 24/7 for school staff throughout their stay.
