Easy to Organise

We have designed a program where we do a lot of the organisation for you. Because it's a package there's no running around trying to find out the availability from several venues. The risk assessments are all provided, as is the itinerary.

1. ONLINE FORM

Simply fill in the online booking form on the bookings page

2. BOOKING FORM

We'll email you a booking form for you to print out, sign and return with a deposit cheque of $1000.

3. ITINERARY

We'll finalise the booking at each venue, plus the coach and provide you with a full itinerary, a 'what to bring' list for students, contact details of all venues and special dietary requirement forms.

4. SPECIAL DIETS & FINAL NUMBERS

Return any special dietary requirement forms and final numbers.
